Client Notes

Needs Of The Client (From referral)

Lillian was diagnosed with Alzheimer's in December 2019. She lives alone but is next door to her son and daughter in law who are her main carers. Lil has very impaired short term memory and now forget to eat/drink etc although her family prompt her with all activities of living when required. Lil is losing some of her inhibitions in a nice way and because of her lovely manner has been scammed resulting in he loss of large amounts of money. It was because of these that led the family to believe she had memory impairment. After contact from her daughter in law Jenny I believe both Lil and jenny would benefit from some relaxation and treatments.
